LWN Jobs Ministry

Between jobs? Need a better Job? Do you have a job available? Do you know someone that needs a worker? Do you have job searching, resume writing, interviewing searching or other skills that would help someone find a job? We in the process of starting the LWN Jobs Ministry with the vision and purpose of:

•          Helping men and women in our church family and friends of our church family who are without a job find suitable work.
•         Helping those needing qualified and dependable employees find the right person for the job.
•          Help those who are out of work improve their searching, résumé writing, dress, interviewing searching, work habits/ethics/integrity, or other skills that would help someone find a job.
•          Develop and maintain a list of those needing work and the skills they offer.
•          Develop and maintain a list of available jobs.
•          Provide a labor pool for part time or spot work.
•          Meet for a couple of hours one day every two weeks for updated, training, one on one counseling, etc.
•          It is not intended Jobs Ministry will function as or displace the need for employment agencies, but to network within the Christian community and fill in some of the gaps.
